If you believe that the food on your plate, or in that paper bag, is the best food for you right now based on where you are and what you’re doing – then it is.
If you believe that you’re not worthy of even the best – then you’re not.
And so your body behaves accordingly.
Relationship with Food. It’s a concept. It’s a precept. It’s a choice. It’s a lifestyle. It’s fluid. And It’s important to understand.
As you go about your day and things go up and down – imagine how that’s affecting not only your body, but your health as well.
