EMBRACE follows Taryn’s crusade as she explores the global issue of body loathing, inspiring us to change the way we feel about ourselves and think about our bodies.

Everyone has the answers within themselves

Too often people look outside of themselves to feel better. They believe they need to be fixed. Then disappointment, struggle, frustration, or even anger seeps in – confusion because the person looking to feel better can’t figure out why “their” advice isn’t working.

But everyone is different. And everyone has the answers within themselves.

Asking someone to help you navigate through, or help find the fitting pieces for YOU, & asking for someone’s support while you figure it out is completely helpful.

As a coach, healer, and educator, I specialize in being present with, and helping you to overcome the struggles which are not necessary.

New Food Resolutions

Changes don’t just happen, they evolve. There’s a process to be aligned with, a catalytic curiosity, a balance to be struggled with, a focus to visualize with and settle upon, an opportunity to be explored, a space created. And changes don’t occur unless they occur as a result of Self-Love.

The thing to learn about self-love is that it doesn’t come when a few lbs. are lost, or when another job comes along, and it doesn’t happen when we finally find our S.O.

Self-Love doesn’t come when you fail yourself – year after year.

It comes when you show up for yourself, when you honor yourself – WITH LOVE – Every Day, not just once a year.

So instead of shaming or guilting yourself into change – let’s put the real opportunities on the table.

As a Lifestyle Coach with a Focus on Nutrition, together we can explore, plan and anticipate – to really get the results you’re looking for.

2017 Brings Growth

I will be announcing some big news – first in early February, then again in April.

But I won’t make you wait that long!

Support is extremely important when it comes to getting what you want …

Individual Membership: A V.I.P. membership indeed! This will allow you access to my public events in addition to your coaching sessions, and the perks of community based support will come at no extra cost to you!

Group Memberships: A group of your peers (you choose the group!) can host group coaching sessions at a discounted hourly rate. (One Example = 4 people at $50 / hour per person = $50 / hour vs the individual rate of $150 / hour).
