Stepping Into Truth is where you will come to find, and be on purpose.

The work you do for your self brings you closer to a happier, more joy filled life. Through healing work and navigation, the dynamics of all of your relationships will create alignment, especially of your self-relationship; and are integral steps for your personal health and wellness.

Who you are now is a series of symptoms, conditions, patterns, cycles, and behaviors that have root causes in other lifetimes, timelines, and dimensions. The key to the management and prevention of illness and disease (emotional and physical) are found in soul lessons, belief systems, ancestral hand downs, past lives, trauma imprinting, and the work around triggers and hooks, to bring about new perspective and energy.

Ken and I created the group, found on Facebook and MeetUp. Our intention for the group is to be the place for genuine, safe conversations around Inuition, spirituality, healing, energy, working with your “claires”, and so on. I hope you find and join us.

MEET YOUR COACHES

Lisa Karasek studied at the University of Delaware in dietetics, and graduated from The Institute for the Psychology of Eating. Lisa’s story begins with her questions around the differences within her multi-cultural family. “We grew up eating the same diet, together, but we all look different, why?” Generations of ethnic and authentic foods and rituals were present in Lisa’s every day life growing up, but developing a food allergy as an adult forced her to look at what she was eating, and that began her journey of deeper exploration. When Lisa met with a personal challenge, the need to develop a stronger relationship with food and her body became a necessity that ultimately saved her health. Lisa, who is also a TRE® certified facilitator (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) and quantum healer, understands how important the dynamics of health and wellness are, and is sincere in her role as support person and coach. Why do we want to care about and acknowledge our charged moments?

Because the continued behavior of failing to acknowledge their effects risks creating stress related diseases, especially when suppressing the not so good ones. I tell my students all the time how simple things – even just stubbing your toe – is traumatic. But I encourage everyone to come up with their own definitions for 1)stress, 2)tension, and 3)trauma.

I am so passionate about helping people be experts for their own health and wellness plan that I created a 4 week series to deepen their healing experience. TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma (physical and emotional). Created by Dr. David Berceli TRE® safely activates your natural reflexive mechanism by way of neurophysiological rebalancing. And the most commonly reported benefits are decreased anxiety, the release of chronic tension, the discharge of emotional and physical trauma, improved sleep, mood and digestion, decreased aches and pains, improved flexibility, and the decrease in symptoms for sciatica, fibromyalgia, and other chronic conditions.
